While 2021 brings more of the same restrictions and we all need to continue to use caution regarding the spread of COVID, we will be having a modified socially distanced meeting, in person, outdoors, on January 30th, 2021, at 2:00 PM at an alternate location.
The location is at the same park and area as our annual seeded hunt, we will socially distance and meet at the top shelter. Use the gravel road to drive up and park. Please bring a chair to use to ensure proper social distancing and be sure to dress appropriately for the outdoor weather. Do not forget to wear your mask! The shelter has a cover, but it is open to the elements. Address to the park is below.
Please bring a copy of the new Membership form linked above along with your dues for the year. Dues remain $30 for individuals and $40 for families. We will review the proposed budget, discuss the annual seeded hunt, and other topics as appropriate.
If you can not or do not feel comfortable attending in person, but wish to continue belonging to the club, please complete the membership form and mail it in with your dues payment. Remember only members in good standing (form submitted and dues paid) are allowed to attend any potential club hunts or opportunities.
Address for the meeting location for January 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM: 3700 Waterview Road, High Point, NC 27265
Address for mailing in membership forms and dues: Old North State Detectorists, PO Box 10641, Greensboro, NC 27404.
As always, if you are not a current member you are welcome as a guest to the meeting to learn more about us and consider joining. You will need to follow the standard social distancing protocols and wear a mask for the health and safety of all attending.
